Mandarin Fruit Dip
1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, room temperature
1 jar (7 ounce) Marshmallow Fluff
2 Tudsbury Mandarins, peeled and then sliced cross-wise
Whip the cream cheese with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add the marshmallow fluff until well combine. Continue to use the mixer to whip in the oranges until they are broken up. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
3 medium plum tomatoes, chopped (about 1 cup)
2 Tudsbury Mandarins peeled and separated
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 Tbsp. Zesty Italian Dressing
Rosemary & Olive Oil Crackers
Combine all ingredients except crackers.
Serve immediately with the crackers. Or, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
